Cancellation/Return/Replacement

(1)Items can be returned within 1 week from the date of arrival.

(2) Please note that the following products cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged separately, as described in the previous section.
-Used products
-Products 21 days or more have passed since the arrival of the product
-Products that have been damaged or stained by the customer
-Package Products without (bags/cases)
-Ordered products, products with names, etc.-Processed products for customers
Other products that clearly indicate that they cannot be returned on the product introduction page< /p>

(3) We will bear the shipping cost for returned goods.

(4) Refund will be made according to the payment method within 3 business days after the returned item arrives.
